Bay Street Theater mourns the passing of actress Lauren Bacall

Lauren Bacall, a dear friend of the theater and of our founders and fellow employees through the years . She was a devoted friend of Sybil Christopher and of many fellow luminaries including Eli Wallach seen here in the posted photo with Ms. Bacall at a Bay Street opening just a few years ago. We send our deepest sympathies to her son Sam who has also shared his talents with us at Bay Street over the years. Her memory will certainly live on at Bay Street.
