COVID Safety Guidelines For In-Person Summer Camps

The following protocols will be in place for the safety of all staff, camp attendees, and visitors*:

  • Social distancing requirements throughout all class exercises.

  • Face coverings worn by all individuals on the premises at all times.

  • Temperature checks and self-reporting of any symptoms or potential exposure to COVID-19 upon entry.

  • Routine cleaning and disinfecting, especially of all performance props and shared spaces.

*Protocols will be adjusted to reflect most current NYS and CDC guidance for outdoor camps.

Bay Street Theater reserves the right to remove any camper who does not comply with safety protocols. If a camp is canceled due to lack of participants, registrants will be notified and reimbursed on the Friday before the Monday start date of each camp. If a registration is canceled for a camp that is confirmed to occur, no refunds will be offered. Registrants will receive notification via Sawyer that all payments are non-refundable at time of purchase.
