Planned Giving
The future of Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is vital to the Sag Harbor community as well as the East End of Long Island. In order to sustain this important cultural organization in perpetuity, we hope you will consider making a planned gift to Bay Street Theater.
There are several easy ways to include Bay Street in your estate plans.
Charitable Bequests:
A charitable bequest made through your will or retirement account is one of the simplest ways that you can make a significant contribution to help us to maintain and improve our important programs for writers, artists, students, and audiences. Bequests can be made in the form of a specific gift of cash or property, a general sum of money or as a percentage of the residual estate.
Living Trusts:
Living trusts provide privacy for the individual and avoid probate. A living trust can direct gifts of cash or property.
Named Beneficiary:
Any asset with a death benefit such as life insurance, retirement plans, commercial annuities, or bank or brokerage accounts can be left as a gift to Bay Street Theater
