Facilities Include
- The mainstage performance venue, a 299-seat theater with a thrust stage
- The lobby with a bar and concessions area
- Dressing rooms
- A rehearsal/class room
- Rest rooms
Rentals include access and use of any or all spaces.
Rentals include a Bay Street contact person who will be on site during your event.
Sound equipment, lighting systems, and Tech Support are available and can be customized to meet your needs. Tech crew for load-in, technical calls, running, and load-out are available for additional fees. Design, technical, media and other professional stage services and equipment are available at additional charges.
Bay Street has a Yamaha C3 baby-grand piano for performances, available for additional fees, including set-up, tuning, break-down and storage.
The use of Bay Street's Box Office is also available.
Additional Information
Bay Street Theater's intimate seating for 299, excellent acoustics, and state-of the art equipment can support a wide variety of programs, performances, meetings, or other events.
All rentals are subject to availability.
All rentals proposed by performance companies require the review of Bay Street's senior management.
Rental clients are responsible for their own publicity and sales (unless box office services are utilized), and must obtain approval from the Theater for all publicity and marketing materials that use Bay Street's name.
