Come build a snowman and explore the magical world of Arendelle in this 30-minute musical based on the hit Disney film!
When young Princess Anna’s sister, Elsa, accidentally reveals her magical ability to create ice and snow, she flees the kingdom of Arendelle, leaving it trapped in an endless winter! Determined to bring her sister home, Anna sets off on an adventure through the snowy mountains, meeting the charming Kristoff, his loyal reindeer Sven, and the hilarious snowman Olaf along the way. As Anna searches for Elsa, the sisters discover the greatest magic of all may be the power of love, family, and letting go of fear.
Featuring memorable songs such as “Do You Want to Build a Snowman,” “Love is and Open Door,” “Let it Go” and “In Summer,” FROZEN KIDS is sure to prove that “some people are worth melting for.”
The journey culminates in a final presentation on October 12 (Monday) at 7:00pm for friends and family. Each cast member will also be given a show-themed t-shirt!

ABOUT BETHANY DELLAPOLLA (Director of Education and Community Outreach):
Bethany is an actress, director, choreographer, intimacy director (IDC Professionals), acting coach, and teaching artist based in NYC and Long Island. She received her BA in Musical Theatre Performance from SUNY New Paltz, where she was named one of the Outstanding Graduates of her class. She also graduated (with honors), from LIU with her Masters Degree in Childhood Education. Teaching and coaching credits include: Broadway Dance Center (Triple Threat Program), Gateway Playhouse (Acting Faculty/Director/Choreographer), Pierson Middle High School (Resident Director/Choreographer), TADA! Youth Theatre (Director/Choreographer), Westhampton Beach PAC (Choreographer), and NexGen Youth Theatre, her own youth theatre company based in NYC (www.nexgentheatre.com). She has been fortunate to direct and/or choreograph over 50+ shows for adults and young performers, such as: The Addams Family, Freaky Friday, The Lightning Thief, Cinderella, The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, Into the Woods, The Little Mermaid, Rent, The Prom, Company, The Drowsy Chaperone, The Wedding Singer, Spring Awakening, Cabaret, Anything Goes, Annie, Wizard of Oz, Seussical, Beauty and the Beast Jr., Willy Wonka, 13!, Fame, Zombie Prom, and The World Goes Round. Bethany’s students have gone on to book Broadway, Off Broadway, regional productions, TV/Film, and be accepted into top collegiate training programs. As an actress, Bethany has performed in everything from independent film to radio and theatre, what she considers her home. Favorite credits include: Mrs. Potts in Beauty and the Beast (BroadwayWorld.com nomination – Best Actress in a Musical), Steph in Reasons to Be Pretty (Broadwayworld.com nomination – Best Actress in a Play), and the Fairy Godmother in a touring production of Cinderella. She is a proud SAG-AFTRA member, AEA member, and book nerd.

Teaching Artist
Nope! While attending every class is strongly encouraged, students can miss up to two classes and still participate. They must be available for our final rehearsal on 10/11 and for the performance on 10/12 however.
Yes! Students can submit videos of themselves reading a scene from the show, and singing a song of their choice to be considered for different roles. Email bdellapolla@baystreet.org for details!
