On-Camera Intensive Summer Camp for Kids 13-17
July 28–August 1 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Ages 13 to 17
We will take a look at the business of auditions, on-camera acting, and the process of putting together resumes, headshots, and reels.
The week will proceed with audition warmups and techniques, including lessons in improvisation, and will walk participants through the process of attending commercial auditions, lead and co-star auditioning, and how to prepare for callbacks.
Angie K. Harrell earned an MFA in Acting from the Actors Studio Drama School. She has appeared on stage, television, film and national commercials. Her primary role for the past ten years has been Teaching Artist and Acting Instructor including posts at Bay Street Theater, the Alliance Theatre, Flat Rock Playhouse, Harrison School for the Arts and Bethel University. Angie is delighted to return to the stage under the stars and the direction of friend and mentor Allen O'Reilly.

This coming April, students ages 7 to 13 will work together to rehearse and present an abbreviated adaptation of a Shakespearean comedy!
Kids Summer Dance Workshop with special guest Shayla Lopez
Participants will adapt their favorite fairy tales and myths into a presentation that will be performed for friends and family on the final day of camp!
