Bringing together the disciplines of acting, singing, and dancing, this musical theatre camp focuses on helping performers take their next steps in storytelling through        song. Using acting techniques such as active listening, objectives/tactics, and channeling imagination, this camp will help students learn to play musical theatre scenes/  songs more effectively, believably, and honestly. Text analysis, movement, and speech will be addressed, as well as memorization tips and techniques! Each student will  beassigned at least one solo song, along with the scene from the musical it is from, and will be actively coached and guided along the way!
