A special anniversary screening celebrating the gesture of kindness and the power of giving

Join filmmaker and author Robin Baker Leacock for a special anniversary screening of her feature documentary film, A Passion For Giving
The presentation will be followed by a panel and Q&A featuring actress and animal activist, Missy Hargraves; philanthropist & Founder of ACE New York, Henry Buhl; and author and philanthropist Jean Shafiroff


The feature documentary film, A Passion for Giving, is a stylish, powerful, and beautifully shot film with great music and compelling interviews with fascinating people, some famous some not, who inspire the viewer to give and help other people, animals, and the planet.

The film features many local philanthropists and cameos from many celebrities including Dan Aykroyd, Darryl McDaniels of Run DMC, Fran Lebowitz, Robert Thurman and many more.



Robin Baker Leacock is a filmmaker and author. Her recently released bestseller Mortimers: Moments in Time celebrates the joy of an era through the beloved restaurant and has garnered coverage in The New York Times, Town & Country, and many more. She has directed five films: I’ll Take Manhattan, It Girl, Stella is 95, Stella & Co; A Romantic Musical Comedy Documentary About Aging, and A Passion For Giving. Her upcoming book Radiance is set to be released in February of 2023.
