Rest in Peace Joe Pintauro

The Bay Street Theater family expresses it’s condolences and sends deep sympathy to Greg Therriault and the additional family and friends of Joe Pintauro, who passed away this week. Joe was a dear friend of Bay Street, and as a talented playwright, he was commissioned to write the first play ever produced at Bay Street 27 years ago, MEN'S LIVES. The play was then brought back again to celebrate Bay Street’s 20th Anniversary in 2012.

Joe was a generous resident of Sag Harbor and a true artist, including work as a novelist and photographer in addition to his playwriting talent. He will be sorely missed by all of us who were fortunate enough to call him our friend. RIP Joe.
