Featuring over twenty beautifully hand-crafted marionettes, The Fairy Circus is a showcase

for turn-of-the-century-style trick puppetry. The puppets will dance, play instruments, juggle,

contort, transform, and fly through the air with the greatest of ease, all to the best-loved

music of favorite composers!

The program is recommended for Ages 3 and up.

Goat on a Boat's puppet shows are intended for children three to eight years old. Babies are allowed free of charge with older siblings but must be taken to the lobby in the event of any disrupted behavior. Thank you for your understanding.

Little One-Inch/ Red Herring Puppets

Little One-Inch is the story of an old couple whose prayers are answered when they find a small baby by the side of the road. As the child grows in years, he remains very tiny.  When he comes of age, Little One-Inch sets off on an adventure using a rice bowl as a boat and a chopstick as his oar.

Met Opera Live in HD 2024 Season

The Subject Was Roses

Like roses, family relationships are beautiful but thorny. This Pulitzer Prize and two-time Tony Award-winning play is a poignant drama set in The Bronx in 1946 about the emotional struggles and hidden tensions within a family as their son returns from service in WWII. As they confront their past and present, this timeless play explores enduring themes of reconciliation and the fragility of love.

Summer Sunday Tea Dances

The mixers will be the perfect casual antidote for wrapping up a weekend on the East End! Birbiglia returns to Bay Street Theater, by popular demand, on the heels of his DOUBLE SOLD-OUT performances last summer of "The Old Man and the Pool" which debuted at Bay Street Theater and went on to be a hit Broadway show and Netflix comedy special.
