The following handling fees apply:
$8.00 handling charge per order (not per ticket) for all phone, fax, email and mail orders.
Online purchases are subject to additional processing fees.

Note: Tickets purchased at the Box Office window are not subject to handling charges.

You must show a photo I.D. or a credit card to pick up your tickets.

TICKET POLICY

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you find you are unable to use your tickets, please consider offering them to a friend or family member. You may also consider donating your tickets back to us. You may receive a tax deductible receipt if the show sells out. Thank you.

DISCOUNTS

Bay Street offers a standard 10% discount to senior citizens over the age of 65 and to students with a valid college ID. Students and seniors must mention this at time of purchase. Bay Street also offers a Student Rush ticket for the Mainstage Stage productions at $10 each, limited to one per student. Student rush tickets can be purchased one hour prior to showtime, with a valid student ID. Discounts and subscriptions are only available through the Box Office (not online)

GIFT CERTIFICATES
