Ticket Orders

Purchases may be made online by clicking on the buttons at the right of your screen. Online purchases are subject to additional processing fees. Purchases may also be made via phone mail or fax:

There is a $8.00 handling charge per order (not per ticket) for all phone, fax, email and mail orders. There is a $6.00 handling charge for KidStreet ticket orders. Tickets purchased at the Box Office window are not subject to handling charges. Online purchases are subject to additional processing fees.

Ticket Policy

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges. If you find you are unable to use your tickets, please consider offering them to a friend or family member. You may also consider donating your tickets back to us. You may receive a tax deductible receipt if the show sells out. Thank you.

Accessibility

Wheelchair Seating

There are a limited amount of wheelchair accessible seats available for each performance. Advance reservations required and can be made through the Box Office when purchasing tickets. People who use wheelchairs and are able to transfer may request a front row seat when purchasing tickets.

Assistive Listening Devices

FM headsets and neckloops are available through the Box Office 1 hour before curtain. A major credit card or driver's license is needed as a security deposit.

Unisex Handicap Restroom

A wheelchair accessible restroom is available off the main Lobby

Parking

Public parking is available on the Long Wharf, along Bay Street, and in the village parking lot off Main Street. Please be aware of various time restrictions. Please leave plenty of time to park and get to the theate.

Latecomers

Due to the configuration of the theatre and as a courtesy to those already seated, latecomers will only be seated at the discretion of the House Manager.

Discounts

Bay Street offers a standard 10% discount to senior citizens over the age of 65 and to students with a valid college ID. Students and seniors must mention this at time of purchase.

Bay Street also offers a Student Rush ticket for the Mainstage Stage productions at $10 each, limited to one per student. Student rush tickets can be purchased one hour prior to showtime, with a valid student ID.

Discounts and subscriptions are only available through the Box Office (not online)

Gift Certificates

Bay Street Theatre Gift Certificates make a wonderful gift and can be purchased through the Box Office and issued in any denomination.
